Afghanistan Reconstruction Trust Fund (ARTF) Project Results - BETA
Data as of Jun 25, 2014
This data represents project development objective indicators for the ARTF portfolio (from 2001 through today). This dataset pulls project indicator measurements from ARTF implementation status reports. The indicator descriptions are pulled from the ARTF results matrix. http://www.artf.af//images/uploads/ARTF_Results_Matrix_January_2014.pdf
Parameters
Parameter | Value | Description | API FIELD NAME | Data Type |
---|---|---|---|---|
Trust Fund Grant Number | Refers to Trustee Account. The Trustee Account is the account at the highest level in the Trust Fund hierarchy into which Contributions or other funds are received. Every Trust fund hierarchy has one Trustee Account. | trust_fund_grant_number | STRING | |
Project ID | project_id | STRING | ||
Project Name | A Bank project is referenced by a project ID (Pxxxxxxx). More than one loan, credit, or grant may be associated with one Project ID. Projects with no project ID represent Bank-executed work. | project_name | STRING | |
Project Status | Project status. Active, or closed. Note: Closed projects may still receive applications through Application Deadline Date. | project_status | STRING | |
Sector | Corresponding Sector/Theme | sector | STRING | |
Indicator Name | A short descriptive title for the indicator highlighting the characteristics of the value being measured. | indicator_name | STRING | |
Indicator Description | Detailed description of the indicator. | indicator_description | STRING | |
Unit of Measure | Corresponding unit in which the indicator is being measured. | unit_of_measure | STRING | |
Implementation Status Results Report ID | The document ID of the Implementation Status & Results Report the data was pulled from. | implementation_status_results_report_id | STRING | |
Implementation Status Results Report Date | The date the relevant Implementation Status & Results Report was released. | implementation_status_results_report_date | DATE | |
Value Type | Describes the nature of a value. Baseline refers to the value of the indicator at the start of the project or at the point at which the first measurement was made. Target refers to the project goal for the indicator at the end of the projects. Current measurements record values for the indicator during the project. | value_type | STRING | |
Value Date | Refers to the date at which a measurement for the indicator was recorded. | value_date | DATE | |
Value | The value of the indicator recorded in the corresponding unit of measure. | value | NUMBER | |
Comment | Comments recorded in the implementation status report by team members recording information. | comment | STRING | |
As of Date | The date at which the dataset values were last updated. | as_of_date | DATE | |
Indicator ID | indicator_id | STRING | ||
Resource ID | ID of the associated Resource | STRING | ||
Select | Fields that required E.g (fiscal_year|supplier_country|total_amount) | STRING | ||
Top | Number of records to fetch | NUMBER | ||
Skip | Skip the records from the ascending order | NUMBER |

JavaScript makes it super simple to fetch from an API endpoint.
fetch('https://datacatalogapi.worldbank.org/dexapps/fone/api/apiservice?datasetId=DS00999&resourceId=RS00929&top=100&type=json')
.then(response => {
if (!response.ok) {
throw new Error('');
}
return response.json();
})
.then(data => {
// Do something with the response data
// console.log(data);
})
.catch(error => {
console.error('Error:', error);
});
async function fetchAllData(url) {
let allData = [];
let hasMoreData = true;
let top = 1000;
let skip = 0;
while (hasMoreData) {
const response = await fetch(`${url}&top=${top}&skip=${skip}`);
if (!response.ok) {
throw new Error('Network response was not ok');
}
const res = await response.json();
allData = allData.concat(res);
// Check if we received less data than requested, indicating no more data
if (res.data.length < top) {
hasMoreData = false;
} else {
skip += top;
}
}
return allData;
}
let url = 'https://datacatalogapi.worldbank.org/dexapps/fone/api/apiservice?datasetId=DS00999&resourceId=RS00929&type=json';
